About
Blue People Fair Trade was created by Lisa Zaslow (pictured with Professor Muhammad Yunus, founder of the Grameen Bank and her friend, Sarah Fadika) out of a passion for fair trade, the alleviation of poverty, trade justice and human rights. Our mission is to promote artisans and their craft and farmers from developing countries and to teach people about fair trade.
Lisa has degrees in social work, entrepreneurship and a post-graduate certificate in microfinance for international development. She was fortunate to have spent 5 months volunteering at the Fairtrade Foundation in London and was there during Fairtrade Fortnight. She also does business consulting for the creation of social enterprises.

Hello–
I hope this e-mail finds you well!
My name is Molly Cygan and I’m the owner of The Little Apple, a small retail start-up carrying new, vintage and re-purposed homegoods and unique gifts and cards. We are located in Philadelphia and the store is slated to open February 2010.
I’m very interested in carrying products featured on the Blue People Fair Trade site and would love to get some wholesale information from you.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best, Molly
